Day 2: On-Job Training & Site Visit
• Visit to live solar installation site
• Understanding components (panel, inverter, battery)
• Installation process observation
• Basics of sun movement and its impact
• Site visit report preparation

Day 3: Vendor Interaction & System Basics
• Working with solar vendors & suppliers
• Pricing and material understanding
• Types of solar systems (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid)
• Basics of load calculation & system sizing

Day 4: Residential Site Survey
• Visit residential site (area/pincode-based)
• Roof assessment (direction, tilt, shading)
• Panel placement and efficiency understanding
• Customer requirement analysis
• Survey report preparation

Day 5: Solar Business & Marketing
• Solar business models and opportunities
• Customer pitching techniques
• Digital and local marketing strategies
• Government subsidy awareness
• Lead generation methods

Day 6: Sales Execution & Field Practice
• Service sales target (₹1500 / ₹5000 / ₹11000)
• Customer interaction and proposal preparation
• Costing and negotiation skills
